We Are Free

Everybody falls down once in a while. There's no avoiding it. Self doubt and regret, these are human emotions. See I've fallen. I fell as low as one could but you see there is something you can always count on. The human will to fight, to get back up. You see I needed to fall down. In no way do I regret having fallen so low. I actually feel blessed to have had this fight so early in my young life because you see, in my fight back I found myself, my soul. I learnt a few things. Like you can never navigate another's life for them. For they are free. They're free to make their own choices and/or mistakes just as I was. They're also free to learn, grow and better themselves just as I did. Everyone may fall down but everyone has the choice to stand back up and once they do stand up. They're better, stronger and greater than they ever were before. Once I stood back up I felt an immeasurable amount of accomplishment. I feel unbreakable and unshakable. I feel stronger than I ever have before because I know now what I can accomplish and who I am. Now I want to lend my newly found strength to others but that's difficult. For we are all free. Free to learn, grow and prosper.
